We reserve the right to change our subscription fees or terms at any time, but any changes will not affect the terms of your current contract. You may cancel your subscription according to the terms specified in your contract, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

‍Intellectual Property
‍All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Creator Fund Management Co, LLC DBA FinHub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, unless permitted by law or with our written consent.

‍User Content
‍You may be able to submit or upload content to the Service, such as business data, financial data, or other information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the User Content as necessary to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the User Content and that the User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws. We are not responsible for any User Content or for any loss or damage resulting from your submission or use of User Content.

‍To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Fund Management Co, LLC DBA FinHub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

‍We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Service. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

‍These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Creator Fund Management Co, LLC DBA FinHub is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in that state, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
